New faceup for Felicity

 Much happier with how she looks now!!

Finally painted!

My first time using gouache instead of acrylic, and I'm so pleased! It is so easy to redo which is nice for tricky eyelashes and eyebrow hairs. I didn't like how the black eyelashes looked on my Lishe, so I'm thinking of ordering brown ones. I tried a more realistic and natural blushing for her, and didn't do a "liner" on the top lid. Overall I'm very pleased. The cheek blushing shows up better in person, though. 

I acutally repainted Felicity's dreaming head first to try out the gouache. I was going to add some slight brown blushing on the lower lid and darken the lips, but it was late and I was tired lol. Still hard to get a crisp single dark line on the top lid, but so much easier than with acrylic. Again, tried a more natural blushing on the cheeks, nose and eyes. 

Here is a comparison of her old faceup on the right. I could never get acrylic fluid enough for my liking on eyelashes and eyebrow hairs so I used watercolor pencils, but they looked too "scratchy" for my liking. I also like the more subtle cheek blushing on the dreaming head. I was also less stressed about the eyebrows in general since her Monique wig has long bangs haha!~
